What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship across India.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 8–10 working days, depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.

Returns & Store Credit

Do you offer returns?
Yes, we accept return requests within 3 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions.
Do you offer refunds?
Returns are issued in the form of store credit, valid for 90 days.
Do you offer exchanges?
To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our pieces, we currently do not offer exchanges.

Can I pay on delivery (COD)?
Yes, you can choose Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. We’re happy to offer flexible payment options while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Product & Care

Are your sarees handcrafted?
Our sarees are thoughtfully sourced and many feature handcrafted elements, celebrating traditional techniques and skilled artistry.
Will the colour of the saree vary?
Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and the natural characteristics of the fabric—especially in handcrafted textiles.
How do I care for my saree?
We recommend dry cleaning for most of our sarees to preserve their texture and finish. Specific care instructions, if any, will be mentioned with the product.
